Children’s Mental Health Week is taking place on 1-7 February 2021.
This year’s theme is Express Yourself.
This could mean expressing yourself with any form of creativity such as drama, dance, art, music, poetry – things that make you feel good about yourself.
Mental health has never been so important. Having a conversation about mental health has also never been so important.
Take some time for yourselves this week and do something that makes you feel good!
Mr Ffit is a bilingual exercise coach that has put together a 28 day ‘Ffit February’/ ‘Cadw’n Heini Chwefror’ Challenge. Take a look and complete as many activities this week as you can!
